Father's Rights Groups - and Non-Custodial Parent's Rights Groups are all creating massive data bases to document what they consider to be unfair and unjust child support orders.

On the ANCPR web site they are documenting and classifying as many cases of injustice as possible. They add each case to their database, filing and cross-referencing it with others. That way, according to ANCPR "we build up a considerable body of evidence".

ANCPR states that "[T]hese kinds of exposes can do wonders to educate the public about the injustice so many of us have faced. We are building this database with a national focus. We want eventually the entire nation to wake up to the importance of parental involvement for the well being of children. We want to alert everyone in this country that the punitive and draconian child support enforcement system in force today is hurting children by denying them the benefits of an ongoing and meaningful relationship with both of their parents".

MAFIA wants to show the nation that there is another side to the story that these non-custodial parents are telling. To do that we need your help!

MAFIA is developing a similar data base - and we need all the information that you can provide to us. We will keep your identity secret.

We have re-designed our MAFIA inquiry form to include the name and other information about the deadbeat parent so that we can include that information into our data base. We are also going to be adding a separate data base that will list the full names and identifying information on deadbeat parents that will be published on our site.
